Yasmin took her first ever yoga class aged 16, sparking a love affair that would come and go throughout her teens and early 20s. After an injury in early 2017 left her unable to do the normal sports she loved, Yasmin turned back to yoga. Daily self-practice taught her how to tune in and listen to her body, and now fully recovered, yoga has become an essential component to both improve and counter-balance the other sports she does on a regular basis.
Yasmin has been climbing for over five years, is a qualified Yoga Alliance 200-hours teacher, and loves to teach powerful vinyasa classes as well as cooling yin with a specific focus on proper alignment, listening to your own body, and giving her students the tools they need to get the most out of their own yoga practice.
