Anouska has a long relationship with yoga, developing her practice since the 90’s. As a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher, she has specialised and trained in teaching yoga for dancers, pre and post natal classes, injury recovery and management, and also qualified as an Embodied Yoga Teacher, a method that helps participants take yoga off the mat and into life which works well with climbers.
Anouska teaches regular group and 1 to 1 classes in London for climbers, dancers and people who are interested in incorporating yoga to improve their performance through yoga.
When not teaching you’ll find her hanging out at a climbing wall or attaching a pair of crampons and grabbing an ice axe to make her way up a snowy mountain.
