Anna has been practicing yoga since 2001 and qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. She has also trained with Yoga London to teach Antenatal and Postnatal classes.
Her classes are informal and friendly and start with breathing practices followed by yoga postures which are adapted to individual needs.
Anna’s teaching style is inspired by her old yoga teacher Edith Simmons, who taught her to observe and listen and so to be aware of anything that happens in the body, breath and mind. From hiking and climbing in the mountains of Northern Italy, she learnt how to take things one step at a time as well as the importance of breathing deeply and slowly.
