Alice Gioia

Alice started practicing Yoga by chance after a running injury. At that time she was quite sceptical about it – but after a few months, she realised that her daily practice was making her stronger and healthier. 

Fast forward 6 years: Asana practice (Jivamukti, Vinyasa, Hata and Yin Yoga) and meditation are now an essential part of Alice’s life and they provide the perfect complement to her sport training programmes. 

“When I am not practicing, you’ll find me hanging off a rock, cycling through the marshes in East London or hiking somewhere wild and – possibly – sunny.”
