Following the success of Climb+Yoga Day Retreats last year, Cat and Sandra are excited to bring you a whole weekend at the beautiful Bowles Rocks this August.
We will start each day with an energising morning yoga session to set you up for a great day of climbing, finishing with a well deserved relaxing and restorative session to wind your day down and gently stretch the body. All led by Climb & Yoga’s very own Sandra Berlin.
Climbing expert, Cat Gallagher will lead the climbing part of the weekend. Climbing at Bowles is on natural sandstone rock and is made safe with ropes. Routes will be chosen based on your experience and abilities – there is plenty of choice for everyone from beginner through to advanced climbers. With the guidance of Cat and Sandra, you will learn new techniques, learn how to keep fellow climbers safe by belaying and, if appropriate, we will teach you how to set up ropes.
During the day, a light vegetarian lunch will be provided. In the evening, you will be rewarded with Pimm’s and Prosecco before feasting on a veggie BBQ. Accommodation is set directly opposite the rocks in chalet style accommodation.

11.15am to 1pm – Climb

7.00pm – vegetarian BBQ
9.00pm – Marshmallows by campfire and starlit strolls!
