This is no ordinary Retreat. In partnership with True Nature Travels, Climb & Yoga are taking you to the world’s sport climbing Mecca of Kalymnos, Greece!
Hosted by our own Sandra Berlin, she will guide you through daily Yoga for Climbers workshops, teaching how yoga can benefit your climbing performance, both physically and mentally, through strengthening and injury prevention exercises, movement and balance drills as well as breath and mindfulness work. She will also aim to show you how to incorporate yoga into your climbing routine, with warming up sequences in the morning and cooling down in the evenings.
For the climbing, the group will be joined by True Nature’s highly experienced local guides, who, alongside Sandra, will be showing you around the most scenic crags on the island, as well as some of their mega classic routes.
The retreat is suitable for every level of climber/yogi, but in order to make the most of the trip you should be able to lead 5a as a minimum.

About Your Host
Sandra is no stranger to the Climb & Yoga tribe! What you may not know is that our Founder’s love for Kalymnos started in April 2014 when she first visited the island with her partner and friends. She was immediately spellbound by its beauty, weather, warm people, delicious food and obviously the dramatic-looking crags with their amazing 3D routes. That year, she went back twice more and has been visiting Kalymnos every year since. It’s safe to say that she feels at home there and will be a great person to introduce you to the best spots the island has to offer!
