Yoga for Climbers

Please note that we are delivering all of all scheduled classes on-line via Zoom during the lockdown. FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES WILL RESUME ON 17TH MAY 2021.

Suitable for all levels of yogis/climbers, these classes are specially designed for the needs of climbers, promoting healthy mobility/flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness as well as mindfulness, with helpful exercises to enhance concentration and harmony between mind and body. 

On Wednesdays from 6.30pm, there is also a bouldering coaching session with Sandra. This session is FREE, but in order to keep low numbers and avoid Covid-19 spread we recommend you to book your place in advance by following the link below*. Please note, that you don’t have to book climbing to take part in the yoga session, or the other way round. You are welcome to book either or both sessions, availability permitting of course!

About Class Passes: Please note, that Class Passes must be purchased in advance or on the day of your class. A 10-class pass is valid for 11 weeks from the date of your first class redeemed on the pass, whilst the 5-class pass is valid for 6 weeks. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
