Yoga for Climbers

Suitable for all levels of yogis/climbers, these classes are specially designed for the needs of climbers, promoting healthy mobility/flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness as well as mindfulness, with helpful exercises to enhance concentration and harmony between mind and body. 

On Wednesdays from 6.30pm to 7.45pm, there is also a bouldering social with free coaching by Sandra. There’s no need to book for this and you can join in at any time. However, the spaces for the yoga class are limited and advanced booking is strongly recommended.

For the whole of April, we will present you with a free lesson (either Wednesday evening or Saturday morning) for every new friend you bring to class. All you need to do is ask your friend to add your name, followed by “April Deal” on the “How did you find out about this event?” section of the booking form. Please note that your friend must be new to our Yoga for Climbers lessons at HarroWall and that you need to be attending the same class as your friend and be paying your normal entry fee. We will then send you a discount code for the full value of a Drop In lesson, which you will be able to use any time until the end of July.

About Class Passes: Please note, that Class Passes must be purchased in advance or on the day of your class. A 10-class pass is valid for 11 weeks from the date of your first class redeemed on the pass, whilst the 5-class pass is valid for 6 weeks. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
