Yoga for Sports

Please note that in order to prevent Coronavirus spread, all of our classes are currently being delivered via an online platform. Your teacher will email you an invitation link for the class 1hr prior its start.

Run by Sandra, Yoga for Sports is a class especially designed for sporty people wishing to improve their physical and mental performance through yoga. Working on flexibility with awareness on joint stability, strengthening connective tissues as well as antagonistic muscles. Promoting injury prevention and recovery. 

Yoga for Sports is on twice a week, with a dynamic and powerful class on Monday evenings followed by a slower recovering focused class on Friday mornings. Suitable for all levels.


Mondays – 8pm to 9.15pm

Fridays – 9.30am to 10.45am
