Working on flexibility with awareness on joint stability, strengthening connective tissues as well as antagonistic muscles. Promoting injury prevention and recovery. Suitable for all levels of yogis and sports people. Climbers, runners, cyclists, paddle boarders, footballers, everyone is welcome.
