Yoga for Climbers

With sequences specially designed for the needs of  climbers, these classes promote flexibility, strength and balance as well as mindfulness, with helpful exercises to enhance concentration and harmony between mind and body. Suitable for all levels.

Wednesdays – 6.30pm to 7.45pm and 8pm to 9.15pm

Yoga for All  

Blending styles, these classes focus on a different theme every week. From dynamic flow to recuperative or Yin yoga inspired sequences. Always with careful attention to perfect alignment. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Refunds and cancellation policy: Please note, that Class Passes must be purchased in advance or on the day of your class. A 10-class pass is valid for 12 weeks from the date of the purchase, whilst the 5-class pass is valid for 7 weeks. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
