Rock climbing and Yoga are Sandra’s greatest passions in life.

“I love the way climbing pushes my body to the limit and takes me to the most amazing places, whilst yoga keeps me grounded and in touch with my body.

I never feel more present and focused than when I am practising one or the other!”

Climb & Yoga was born from Sandra’s love for both activities. Our mission is to promote these activities, encouraging people of all ages and abilities to try them. We are also committed to helping sports people of all levels to discover the benefits of yoga practice to support and improve within their own disciplines.
