Last Saturday, 4th March, I teamed up with my friend and super talented climbing coach, Catherine Gallagher, to host the first Climb & Yoga day retreat at the beautiful Bowles Rocks.
The day started with a 2-hour yoga workshop, followed by a wonderful vegetarian lunch cooked by award-winning chef, Zipporah Santer.
In the afternoon, our group made our way to the rocks where we spent 3 delightful hours pushing ourselves and having fun climbing some classic Southern Sandstone routes.
