The focus of these classes are:
- Strengthening – especially those pesky antagonistic muscles;
- Balance – to help you out with the techy stuff;
- Flexibility – for the times when you just wished your foot went a little bit higher!
There will be emphasis on perfect alignment and mindfulness as well as pranayama (breath work). Helpful exercises to enhance concentration and harmony between mind and body.
Every Wednesday from 6.45pm to 7.45pm and 8pm to 9pm.
